Trump defines the genders

 What no scientific biologist or geneticist ever succeeded in is defining male and female. Trump did it. But he is also wrong. 

After conception, an embryo is formed. Unlike the definition of Trump’s executive order, embryo’s have no reproductive cells neither large (ovum) nor small (sperm). An embryo has two gonads that can either become ovaria or testicles. But that is in week 7. Gonads are infertile and produce no reproductive cells. 

So ‘at conception’ is irrelevant. But what about persons that do not produce lager reproductive cells? After menopause, you are no longer female? What about CAIS females: androgen insensitive. They do not produce large nor small reproductive cells. Where do they fit in?
