XY DSD and body length

XY DSD female athletes sbould bring their body length down to 5 feet 6. Their body length has a genetic code  on the male Y-chromosome. Males are all over the world taller than females. So length is a male carateristic and unfair. Tall people have great advantages in sports.  So it would be fair that all female athletes with a Y-chromosome bring their length down to the maximum of 1.73. That is 5 cm taller than the average European woman.
